Funds raised by non-partisan platform For Freedoms will allow renting over 50 billboards across country
Organisers of For Freedoms wrote on Instagram that the fundraising campaign reached the goal:
“We made it!!!!! 50 States, 50 Billboards, 2160 backers and counting, and over $160,000! It has been an overwhelming honor to watch this map light up alongside all of our supporters, partners, and friends who helped us not only meet but EXCEED our goal. Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who donated, helped spread the word, and showed their support for the past 28 days. Each one you are helping make the #50StateInitiative a thrilling reality. Without all of you, we wouldn’t be able to call this the largest creative collaboration in our nation’s history and it is a privilege to celebrate this milestone with all of you! #ForFreedoms, For Us All!”
