A series of sexually explicit graffiti has recently appeared on walls in Belgium’s capital.
Unexpected pornographic drawings have popped up on walls of buildings in Brussels. The identity of the erotic artist standing behind the works hasn’t been established, but the style and technique resemble those of local street artist Vincent Glowinski, aka Bonom. However, he said he had no relation to the scandalous murals.
Huge and well drawn graffiti depicting genitals, an anus, a masturbating woman and a fragment of a sexual act were noticed in several districts in the southern part of the Belgian capital. The first drawing of a gigantic anus appeared in the middle of September, leaving local residents in shock. Similar graffiti began to pop up regularly.

Belgian media report the drawings were called inappropriate by the local parliament members and the local executive authorities are going to remove them. Local residents launched a campaign under the hashtag #SauvezLePenis to protect the graffiti and an online petition that already gathered 3,000 signatures. Subscribe to our mailing list:
