The European Biennial will open three programmes

Manifesta 13 Marseille was postponed in March 2020 until further notice, which finally came. The organisers have announced the event will take place from August 28 to November 29, 2020, Artguide reports.
The biennial will consist of three programmes in Marseille and its region.

The central exhibition Traits d’union.s by Manifesta 13 artistic team will be accompanied by two programmes – the education and mediation programme Le Tiers Programme and the parallel programme Les Parallèles du Sud.
The M13 artistic team includes Stefan Kalmár, director of the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London; Katerina Chuchalina, chief curator at Moscow’s V-A-C; and Alya Sebti, director of ifa-Galerie in Berlin.
