Actor Jim Carrey has gained a reputation of being a recluse – he quitted acting and devoted himself to painting. His artworks became politically-charged in the last few months, Business Insider reports.
Carrey’s first political artwork was a drawing of Steve Bannon, Trump’s former aide and strategist. He posted it on Twitter on November 10, 2017. The work features Bannon’s face and the word “fool”. On the same day, Carrey posted another work from the series, featuring the word “danger” drawn over the face of Roy Moore, a former Republican Senate candidate.

Jim Carrey continues twitting political messages inspired by current events. The number of his followers has reached 18 million.
On February 26, he twitted: “I'll be fading into the everything for a while. See ya soon.” It looked like he was going to have a rest from Twitter, which was no surprise considering he already boycotts Facebook due to Russia’s interference in the election. However, On February 27, 28 and March 1, he continued posting photos of his artwork depicting a face and different phrases.
