Belarusian food is coming to London for two weeks only care of Belarus Free Theatre

Throughout Belarus Free Theatre's #StagingaRevolution festival, a brand new menu featuring Belarusian cuisine will be exclusively served in the Young Vic’s The Cut Bar and Restaurant making it the only Belarusian restaurant in London for two weeks only! 


Managing Director, Nicolai Outzen: “The Cut is proud to be supporting and working with Belarus Free Theatre for their incredible festival. We have created a special BFT menu with Chef Arina Lisetskaya in partnership with Chef Andrey Reznikov who joins us from Minsk and will be cooking in our kitchen during the festival.

The three course set menu is priced at £20. 


Starters: Mushroom Caviar & Rye Bread – or – Tsar's Ear Soup – or – Wild Mushroom Soup – or – BFT Performance Soup. 


Main: Cumin Pork Neck Stuffed with Potatoes, Ceps & Bacon with a Dill Sauce – or – Buckwheat Pancakes filled with Seasonal Vegetables.


Dessert: Peppermint Cake.
