Anthony Rapp, an actor in the popular series Star Trek, accused Kevin Spacey of trying to seduce him 31 year ago, when Rapp was 14.

Kevin Spacey came out as gay and responded to accusations from Anthony Rapp. Spacey said he didn’t remember the incident, but if it really took place, he offers his the sincerest apology “for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior”.
Anthony Rapp spoke out about a traumatic incident at a party at Spacey’s apartment. In said in an interview with BuzzFeed that 26-year-old Spacey invited him, who was 14, and his 17-year-old friend to a nightclub, though he knew they were underage, and later to his apartment.
Kevin Spacey wrote on Twitter: “I honestly do not remember the encounter, it would have been over 30 years ago. But if I did behave then as he [Anthony Rapp] describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior, and I am sorry for the feelings he describes having carried with him all these years.”
