Monologue for Two: Sir Andrew Wood
Sir Andrew Wood is an associate fellow of the Russia and Eurasia programme. He is also a consultant to a number of companies with an interest in Russia. He was British ambassador to Russia from 1995 to 2000.
He is an expert on Russia’s domestic and foreign policies. In January 2017, Wood was revealed by The Independent to be the British diplomat who had played a key role in unsubstantiated claims that Donald Trump was involved in a sex scandal being used as "Kompromat" by Russia to control Trump.
