The Beatles former members came together in the studio to work on Ringo’s solo album.

They reunited in the studio of the band’s former drummer, where McCartney played bass for Starr’s new album. Ringo posted a photo on Twitter and thanked McCartney for his help in recording: “ Thanks for coming over man and playing Great bass. I love you man peace and love.”

Former Eagles member Joe Walsh joined the legendary Paul and Ringo in the studio. Ringo wrote on Twitter: “And look out Joe W came out to play. What a day I'm having. Peace and love.”

Ringo’s solo album is produced by Bruce Sugar, who also posted a photo of the Beatles members reunion and wrote: “Magical day in the studio today with these two.”

McCartney and Starr’s previous collaboration was in 2010, when they worked on Starr’s album. Paul played bass guitar on the song Peace Dream and sang on Walk With You in the album Y Not.

Ringo Starr’s new album is expected to be released early this year, but the date hasn’t been announced.
